This help desk is for The Open Group customers with a support contract to report technical issues relating to our test suites used as indicators of compliance for the Open Brand (UNIX® and related) and POSIX® certification programs. For non-technical queries relating to these certifications, please use our main help desk.

Once you have logged in, you can submit a help request for one of our test suites by clicking on Submit A Request in the menu bar above.

The help desk has a separate record of your email address.  If you change your email address in your account profile then you will need to log out of the help desk and log in again to make the help desk start using the new address.   If you also use our main help desk, you need to do this separately for the test suite support help desk and the main help desk in order for both to be updated.
